* Effective Coaching for Supervisors - Shifting from Activities to Results: (SUP-0299)
Learn and practice the diagnostic and support skills of the contemporary supervisor. Develop the best techniques that fit you and your organization. Set action plans for practical applications in your workplace. The course facilitator(s) will evaluate your performance and growth as a coach at work.

* Supervisor Tune-up - Fast Tracking the Promotable Employee: (SUP-0399)
This is a two phase program for developing and applying effective skills for supervisors in the downsized or reorganized company. The first phase teaches the management skills and techniques required for the organization of today. In the second phase, the consultant mentors and coaches the supervisor in the day to day application of the skills.

* Problem People or People Problems - Effective Self-managing Skills: (OD-0399)
When confronted with people that you have difficulty with, be they bosses, employees, sellers or customers a basic skill set is required. The participant will learn and practice this skill set in an interactive group setting. Specific workplace problems will be identified and action plans will be developed to address them. Workplace applications will be reviewed with the course facilitator(s) to finalize the learning process.
